It can happen, no one is infallible. Of course, we can solve everything without any problems and send you the order you were waiting for.
You made a mistake in the design - but have you already confirmed and completed the order?

or send an e-mail to stamps@repress.eu. If we can, we will correct the change in the proposal.
Unfortunately, if the delay is too long, we cannot guarantee the change at no extra charge.
Did the stamp with the plate arrive - but different from what you imagined?
Unfortunately in this case we cannot be held responsible for the stamp you designed and approved. We understand your disappointment, so we will at least offer you a 10% discount on your new order + free graphic proofing of the new printing plate.

For our clients, we offer a free return option through our mail order service. Simply stop by any of our branches with your package and report the code 99769291, and the delivery service will print the label and send the package to us.
