- Where can I find you? We are an e-shop, we ship orders - finished stamps - exclusively via our carriers. If necessary - for larger orders (over 5.000 CZK) our sales representative can come to you - personal consultation.
- How much does a stamp cost? The price is determined by the type of stamp (imprint size). You can choose from different shapes, sizes and robustness of the stamp itself (about 200 stamps).
- What type of stamp is most commonly sold? Think about how many lines you need and choose your stamp type accordingly. The most commonly sold type is the COLOP Printer 30.
- When will I receive it? If the stamp is in stock (we have 90% of our stamp types in stock) we will dispatch on the day of ordering - if ordered before 10 AM. If you order after 10.00 AM - we will dispatch the next working day.
- Can I place an order over the phone? No, we only accept all orders by email or e-shop order. This avoids inaccuracies in both production and subsequent dispatch - delivery of the actual goods.
- How do I pay and deliver? You choose the method of payment when ordering, you will receive an order acceptance info with price and selected payment option to your @. When shipping you will automatically leave info - tracking of the order and the method of delivery.
- My stamp is locked, how do I open it? Unlocking the stamp is not a problem. Watch the short video.

When will I receive an invoice? The invoice is attached in the shipping email.

Will I receive any confirmation of payment on delivery? We will send you an invoice with your order, if you would like a receipt of payment you must request one from the carrier upon receipt of the COD shipment.

I would like to have a stamp made while I wait, where can I have one made? You can have a waiting stamp made at REPRESS, spol. s r.o. Hodonín.
